When you join CareSeek’s community, you begin to earn CarePoints. CarePoints can be redeemed for valuable rewards designed to enhance your life and help build your career. A member of CareSeek, who has accumulated 500 or more CarePoints, is eligible to apply for the Community Care Champion Program.* When you become a registered Community Care Champion you will be able to accrue even more points.

As a Champion member you are eligible to receive additional CarePoints based on the activities of friends you refer to any of the CareSeek websites.

A registered Champion member will earn:

• 50 points for writing a qualified doctor review

• 25 points for receiving a “Helpful Review” Award

• 50 points for referring a friend who joins NRD

PLUS Champions also receive these bonus points:

Care Champion Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law.

NursesRecommendDoctors and CareSeek are members of the CareSeek family of sites, and are subject to the CareSeek Terms and Conditions and CarePoint Rules.

1. How Do I Join NursesRecommendDoctors or CareSeek? Anyone 13 years or older can join these sites by going to the JOIN page, selecting their appropriate member type (Caregiver/Nurse, Doctor/Provider or CareSeeker/Patient) and completing the form with valid information and email address.  Memberships are validated when the member opens the validation e-mail sent to the submitted e-mail address, and signs into his or her account for the first time. The memberships are transferable among all websites within the CareSeek family of sites, although certain features and functions may not be available on all sites. 

 2. Who Can Become A Community Care Champion?  Any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older, who is a MEMBER in good standing of NursesRecommendDoctors.com or CareSeek.com with a minimum of 500 qualified CarePoints, and who fully and accurately, completes the Community Care Champion application (Nurse License is not required).  Care Champions must maintain their member profile pages with current information, and represent the positive culture of the site by providing constructive commentary and useful reviews.  In order to help build community interaction, Care Champions must set their SETTINGS to allow CareSeek members to view their profiles and make PUBLIC their Personal Information.  CareSeek reserves the right to terminate a member's Community Care Champion status based on inappropriate activites on the site.

3. How to Earn CarePoints: Community Care Champions earn CarePoints for the following:

As a NursesRecommendDoctors or CareSeek registered member:

•           50 points for writing a qualified doctor review

•           25 points for receiving a “Helpful Review” Award

•           50 points for referring a friend who becomes a member of NursesRecommendDoctors

            or CareSeek

PLUS as a Champion

•           10% of all CarePoints earned by the referred Friend

CarePoints are earned from the time the member joins NursesRecommendsDoctors or CareSeek. Upon acceptance as a Community Care Champion, member is eligible to receive additional levels of CarePoints based on the activities of the Friends they refer to NursesRecommendDoctors.

4. What is a Friend?  A Friend is anyone who joins a CareSeek site as a result of a member referral sent from the “Refer a Friend” feature on the website.  Likewise, a Friend of a Friend is someone who was referred through the “Refer a Friend” feature by the Friend and consequently joined a CareSeek site.

5. Point Value: CarePoints have no cash value, but may be redeemed for Recognition Gifts or may qualify you for discounts on travel as featured on the CareSeek website.

6. CarePoint Accrual: CarePoints will be deposited in the member's account as soon as they are processed.  This may be instantaneously, as in the case of doctor reviews a member has written, to up to 3 months to allow for Friends to register.  All CarePoints are subject to validation, and may revoked at any time at the discretion of CareSeek, should it appear that points were earned improperly, such as (but not limited to) reviews flagged as inappropriate,  fake reviews, machine-generated content,  multiple posts of similar content, or content generated by fake members.

7. Viewing Points: CareSeek members can view their current CarePoint account online on the Manage CarePoints section of their MyAccount area of the site after they become a member. The MyAccount areas of the site are restricted to members only and members must enter user name and password to view their own account.

8. Using CarePoints: Community Care Champions and Members can redeem CarePoints through the selection of awards and travel benefits.  CarePoints must be redeemed online through the Manage CarePoints section of the member’s MyAccount area. This section of the site is restricted to members only and members must be logged in with their official user name and password to redeem points. Redemption of travel benefits, such as discounts applied to the 10-Day Italian Dream Tour, will be verified by CareSeek. 

Important Note: CareSeek reserves the right to terminate or modify the Rewards and Recognition Gifts Programs at its sole discretion at any time. Modifications may include (but are not limited to) additions or deletions to the list of ways CarePoints  may be earned, changes to the types of gifts available, changes in the dates and/or destinations of the travel rewards or modifications to point values for existing methods of earning points. CareSeek cannot accept returns or substitutions on gifts and rewards.

9. Delivery of Rewards: If a merchandise gift option is selected, CareSeek will deliver the item through the U.S. mail, UPS or FedEx to the address CareSeek has on file for the Community Care Champion. Members are responsible for making sure mailing address is correct (an opportunity is provided to confirm address at the time of reward redemption). CareSeek will mail gifts/merchandise only to legal U.S. addresses located within the United States (these items cannot be mailed to non-U.S. addresses). Certain prizes may be shipped directly from the supplier to the member. In those instances name and physical mailing address are sent to the shipper.

Travel packages and all associated travel arrangements will be handled by an independent travel agency, and the Community Care Champion will submit required documentation and any additional fees directly to the agency.

10. CarePoint Redemption at Termination of Membership: Those who have CarePoints of any kind in their account and choose to terminate their NursesRecommendDoctors or CareSeek membership, forfeit all points. New members who do not respond to their account verification e-mail (sent shortly after joining to the e-mail address submitted when registering) or any of the reminders will be assumed to have registered in error.

11. Limits of Liability: CareSeek has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any CarePoints Recognition Gifts, including damages that may occur during participation in the travel awards.  CareSeek is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected gifts sent to members.

12. Member Responsibilities: Members are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred.

13. Official Rules: For a hard copy of the Community Care Champion and CarePoints Program official rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with a written request to:
